Friends Past - We will miss you!

Madonna
Thanks for the wonderful memories, Madonna, you were a great friend.

Destiny lived to almost 30 years old. She loved to work and was a wonderful beginner horse for young children to learn how to ride. Even though this past summer she was unable to be ridden due to her heart condition she spent her last summer helping at summer camp. She was the demo horse on teaching how to groom and tack up a horse. She also was the "game " horse in teaching campers parts of a horse and how to lead a horse correctly. She spent the last several months of her life turned out in pasture with old friends Ibn and Red. She was a great mare that never let her age slow her down.
May she always be where the sun shines, the water is cool, and the grass is green and stirrup high. Destiny was loved by many and she will be missed. Thanks for all the power walks, "My Destiny."

"Fanfare" Boots
For Kressa
He jumped everything! He was a fantastic horse. He gave you more confidence then I ever thought possible. All that knew him will never forget him. I consider myself lucky to have known him for even a short time.
Thank you for trusting him to me. He will always rest her at my farm.

Pebbles was a long time barn cat. She was a little cat with a lot of personality. She had been a member of the Star Ridge family for over 11 years. She was there when Donatello and Mia were born.
She traveled with us from Atlanta, Bluffton and Hardeeville. We had to put her down in the fall of 2007. She will stay with us through some new barn kittens, Barney, Betty and Dino.
We will miss you.
